Wyandotte & Leavenworth County Area Agency on Aging
Heart of America Home Health is proud to partner with Wyandotte & Leavenworth County Area Agency on Aging! Our caregivers are there to assist our older citizens maintain their independence in the comfort of their own home. Examples of in-home services can include:
- Bathing
- Feeding
- Light Housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Respite Care
- Toileting
Recipients of these programs must be 60 years of age or older and a resident of Wyandotte County or Leavenworth County Kansas.
